“Mr. Scrooge & Mr. Dickens” is back again this year at the San Marcos Civic Center. All proceeds will be donated to local charities. Shows are Dec. 17-20, 2015. Tickets are $7.50 to $12.50. One-click tickets can be purchased at www.northcountyplayers.org.
