Our very own San Marcos-based Charity Wings is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with ten days of fun from May 5-14, featuring classes, events, parties and celebrations, culminating in an all-day Art Decade*nce Festival. The organization which started as Scrapbook Royalty & Charitable Crops for a Cause has evolved to a complete Art & Craft Center serving the community through classes, events and art outreach.
