The San Elijo Hills Foundation is a California public non-profit organization created to support and enhance projects that improve the quality of life within San Elijo Hills. The Foundation brings community resources together to address community needs, and relies on the support of the community through the sale of merchandise, fundraising events, sponsorships and donations.
