If you haven’t heard the ‘buzz’, The Rush Coffee truck is coming soon to San Elijo Hills.
The Rush Coffee was founded by Claire Oksayan who has lived here in San Elijo Hills with her husband and two sons for three years.
After working 10 years in the non-profit world, Claire is ecstatic to be back to her first love (coffee) and starting her new mobile coffee business. Claire’s first job was as a barista in Encinitas and then La Costa. It was a four year career that she was truly passionate about. She enjoyed every aspect of the business – from working with customers to making the highest quality coffee. She loved her customers and knowing that she was having a positive impact on their day. (In fact, her husband of 11 years, Parsegh, was originally a customer!).
Clearly, Claire has the positive rush of coffee in her veins – which sparked the idea of The Rush Coffee. After years of commuting to San Diego, she envisioned the idea of a mobile coffee shop where she could serve both her neighbors here in San Elijo Hills, and provide a very high-quality coffee on-the-go at street fairs, etc. The truck has been getting up-fitted for the last couple months and is scheduled to hit the streets later this month.
Claire would love to have your support as she gets her new business off the groud. Please go follow The Rush Coffee on Twitter and The Rush Coffee Truck on Facebook for weekly updates on the progression of the build and to keep watch for the announcement of their grand opening in San Elijo Hills.
