The Summit at San Elijo Hills, a new neighborhood by Richmond American Homes, is under construction on one of the highest points in San Elijo Hills. Home sales are expected to begin in the spring, with three model homes anticipated to open this summer. The homes at The Summit are designed with the grandeur and amenities befitting one of the most breath-taking locations in the North Coastal area. Prices will start in the low $1 millions at The Summit for homes that range from 3,070 to 4,672 square feet. The neighborhood of 44 homes will feature a mix of five floorplans, including one single-level design.
Homebuilder Richmond American Homes is also nearing closeout at The Sanctuary, which is located in eastern San Elijo Hills, adjacent to expansive open space and trails. Only five homes remain for sale at The Sanctuary: two upgraded and landscaped model homes, two completed spec homes and one home that is under construction. Sanctuary homes are located on cul-de-sacs surrounded by open space and trails.
The single-story Joanna model encompasses approximately 3,229 square feet with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a two-car garage. It also offers a formal dining room, a spacious den that can be optioned as an extra bedroom and a relaxing master suite with two walk-in closets. The Joanna model is beautifully landscaped, fully upgraded and outfitted with the Wolf Pro Kitchen Package. There is also a Joanna production home, which is constructed and available for occupancy in 60 days.
The two-story Joselyn model home provides a stunning setting for entertaining with a formal dining room with an adjacent wine room, loft with wet bar, covered patio, outdoor fireplace, gourmet kitchen and a separate prep kitchen. The 4,024-square-foot home features four bedrooms and four baths, landscaping, upgrades throughout and six solar panels.
The final Joselyn plan is under construction. If purchased soon, the home may be personalized throughout. Additionally, Richmond American Homes is selling a Josie plan, a two-story, 4,213-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a three-tandem car garage and a grand two-story entry.
